Why should I feel comfortable with shopping at Rocco's Jewelry? 

We are an experienced jewelry company that works with on site highly skilled and experienced jewelers to deliver the highest quality merchandise at the best price. We have been in the business for 5 years. 

What are your hours, and how can I contact you?

We are available Monday through Saturday from 10AM to 6PM, and Sundays from 11AM to 5PM. All dates are excluding holidays. We are also available via email at roccos.jewelry@gmail.com. 

What is Rocco's Jewelry refund/exchange policy? 

Items purchased at Rocco's Jewelry can only be exchanged within 7 days of your purchase. To initiate an exchange please email roccos.jewelry@gmail.com. 

What if I need extra help or advice about my purchase?

Our experienced staff will help you save time with a simple phone call. We welcome you to contact us directly by phone, (718) 933-3003 between the hours of 10:00am and 5:00pm EST Monday through Saturday.

What other services do you offer?

At our store location we do jewelry repair, custom jewelry designing, and we are also certified pawnbrokers. We also buy gold for cash, and do trade-ins as well as jewelry upgrade. Certified jewelry appraisal is also offered at our store location.
