Shipping policy
- Order processing varies based on the item ordered. If your item is in stock and does not require resizing, it is generally shipped within 2-3 business days of your order. Back-ordered items take 2-3 weeks to ship. Made-to-order items take between 5-15 business days.
- We will contact you once you place your order in if in case that your order will need more time. If you have questions before placing your order please contact us at (718) 269-7273 or sales@roccosjewelry.com during business hours.
- If you choose our Next Day Air option, please note that the order will need to be placed before 12PM Monday-Friday and will take 2 days to process.
- Orders are neither processed nor shipped during weekends or holidays. All orders are processed Monday-Friday.
- Order tracking information will be sent to the email used to make a purchase once the order has been fulfilled.
- We ship in the United States and internationally.
- All packages require a signature.
- Note 1: Your item will be professionally packaged and will come in a lovely jewelry box.
- Note 2: Safe and insured shipping. The shipping charge also includes shipping insurance coverage.
- Note 3: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please use a non-PO box address to receive your product.
