Refund policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy

To start an exchange, you need to contact us at (718) 269-7273 or email us at sales@roccosjewelry.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an Exchange Authorization confirmation number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Policy Guide: 

  1. To initiate an exchange, customers must contact our store via phone or email to receive an Exchange Authorization confirmation number. This confirmation number needs to be written outside of the original shipment packaging.
  2. Packages sent back to Rocco's Jewelry without an Exchange Authorization confirmation number, will be refused upon arrival. 
  3. Items may only be returned for an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
  4. All items which have been returned will be inspected to determine any use or if any modifications were made. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been modified in any way are not eligible for an exchange. 
  5. You will be provided with a Credit Discount Code that can be applied to your next purchase. This code will only be able to be used by you. 
  6. Custom orders are non-refundable. Any custom work (including resizing, custom order, any dipping of the gold, etc.) will be exempt from all return and exchange policies. This work (item) is designed for a specific individual and therefore can not be accepted under any pre-existing terms. Any item that is engraved is non-refundable. 

Please note Rocco's Jewelry will not be responsible for lost or stolen return packages. 

Shipping costs for the items exchanged will not be refunded
